Hälg takes over Löwen Bau- und Betriebs AG
St.Gallen - The Hälg Group is set to take over Löwen Bau- und Betriebs AG from Lucerne. Through this acquisition, the company from the canton of St.Gallen aims to strengthen its market position in Central Switzerland. From the middle of this year, the Lucerne company will operate under the name Hälg.
(CONNECT) The Hälg Group based in the St.GallenBodenseeArea is taking over the facility management specialist Löwen Bau- und Betriebs AG from Lucerne, as was reported in a press release. Löwen Bau’s customers include five shopping centers, multiple multi-story car parks and 100 apartments. Its portfolio also includes restaurants and gyms.
The company will continue to operate under its own name for the first half of this year. As of 1 July 2025, it will be integrated into Hälg Facility Management AG and change names. The former managing director of Löwen Bau, Markus Belser, will continue to run the company and all employees will remain.
