Hälg taking over Oberhänsli Gebäudetechnik
St.Gallen - The Hälg Group is taking over Oberhänsli AG Gebäudetechnik from Bütschwil. Through this union, the company aims to strengthen its market position in the Toggenburg region.
The Hälg Group from the St.GallenBodenseeArea is taking over Oberhänsli AG Gebäudetechnik, a company specialising in construction planning and execution from Bütschwil in the canton of St.Gallen. According to a press release, Hälg aims to strengthen its market position in Toggenburg through this acquisition. Alongside market access, Hälg & Co. AG will also expand its expertise in air conditioning and ventilation through professional exchanges.
The current owners of Oberhänsli AG, Marianne and Peter Oberhänsli, will continue to manage the company under its existing name until the full transfer becomes effective on 1 January 2026. Hälg will operate Bütschwil as an additional site. The Hälg Group will retain all 28 employees, including six apprentices.
